Hover Fly, Helophilus intentus

The black facial stripe rules out latifrons/fasciatus, and this photo shows the hind femur/tibia which is critical for the rest of the species. The fact that fully half of the hind tibia is yellow and that the other part is reddish rather than purely black makes this H. intentus.
