Nuttallanthus texanus

A common 6-24 in. unbranched erect slender annual on dry slopes, waste
places, burns and grassland in coastal sage scrub and chaparral along the
northwest coast (Upper Newport Bay, Crystal Cove State Park), San Joaquin Hills and foothills.
